LEVEL 3 AWARD ENERGY EFFICIENCY FOR OLDER AND TRADITIONAL BUILDINGS
This course is now a required qualification for retrofit assessors and retrofit coordinators working on traditional buildings (pre-1919), and residencies with protected characteristics under the PAS 2035 standard.

LEVEL 4 aWARD Domestic RETROFIT assessment
This course is for those interested in becoming a retrofit assessor. They survey properties and prepare a report according to a retrofit coordinator’s requirements under the PAS 2035. Learners will be taken through this process in detail.

TRUSTMARK ACCREDITATION:
Upon successful graduation of the Level 4 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment, learners who applied from the 1st July 2024 will be awarded Trustmark Accreditation for the role of Retrofit Assessor through the new TRA/Sterling Accreditation Scheme.

LEVEL 5 DIPLOMA Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
Retrofit coordinators manage the PAS 2035 process throughout a project. They are critical for ensuring compliance with procurement, specification and delivery of all measures in domestic retrofit projects.

TRUSTMARK ACCREDITATION:

Retrofit DESIGNER
The course equips design professionals to excel in creating effective, energy-efficient designs through imparting knowledge of specialist measures and navigating the complexities of retrofitting across varied building archetypes in line with the PAS 2035 standard.
Who’s this for?
Chartered Architects, Architectural Technologists and Technicians (ARB, MCIAT, FCIAT, CIAT), Chartered Building Surveyors (MRICS, FRICS).
Professional Members of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB, FCIOB) are eligible and encouraged to take the course.
